Ben is focused on partnerships and capital formation for Heritage. Ben brings long experience in principal investing, capital markets, and fund management. Ben is a graduate of Bowdoin College in Brunswick, Maine.

Matt Hutchins
Matt brings over 25 years experience in housing in sourcing new investments for Heritage. Matt is a founding principal with CAST Architecture, a registered architect in Washington, and a certified Passive House designer. He graduated with Honors from the University of Colorado, and Distinction from Arizona State University. He has taught design at the University of Washington and Arizona State University.

Lee leads asset management for Heritage bringing his 20+ years experience in financing and operations to bear for our investors. Lee received his Masters Degree in City Planning from the University of Pennsylvania School of Design, and a certificate In Real Estate Development via a joint program with The Wharton School. Lee is a partner at Heartland LLC in Seattle.
